I dont know what to call it, its not a restaurant, but have you heard of Zam Zam Restaurant in Section 9 Shah Alam? Its a two story building, the restaurant is downstairs, but on the first floor, is where our reception will be held. The fine dining room/ballroom.
Told ya we're only having a small crowd.
Small as in I cant invite everyone I know, only close friends and family, Aizad will be inviting his friends too and yes, it's going to be a double wedding as well, but the bride in Bandung wont even have the time to plan and yes, yours truly will be the one organizing and getting everything together, which, if you think of it at this rate, is doing rather slow and steady haha.
I handpicked the decorator, so much for surveying and listing it down. Im too old for that and I couldn't care less. Budget allocated, vendors confirmed. Malas would be the correct term for it. I told you, this time is different.
Anyway, I googled the restaurant. The only review I found was a b ad one, and I talked to Abang Fairus when we booked the dais for the engagement. And then I interviewed the wedding planner involved. Turns out he's not working there anymore and in his place now is a new planner, Ashraf. Told him about the review and he explained everything. Fingers crossed. Nanti solat hajatla tolak bala. LOL
Yeye nak kawen.
The hall is rented through their package, RM18 -RM50 per pax if im not mistaken. For a ballroom, thats considered cheap. You do the math. Malay food starts at RM24 per pax . Carpeted, air-conditioned, perfect lighting. Stage for dais isn't as high as I wished it would be though but that's the least of my worries. Other than that, it has a lot of flat screens for live feed, probably important for sit down weddings.Hall can fit 40 tables at once, full of chandeliers. Ive got pictures of em but Im too malas to update here. HAHA. Follow my instagram. Dont have it? Well there's a reason you dont know! LOL.
I tell ya, if Ashraf plays his cards well, this hall would be fully booked in no time. Shah Alam needs more halls and Zam Zam came at the perfect time.
